Resident Visa (Type R)

The Resident Visa is for those aspiring to establish permanent residency in Colombia due to reasons such as:

  • Having renounced Colombian nationality
  • Being the parent of a Colombian national by birth
  • Accumulated time of stay
  • Foreign direct investment
